That next painting is the result of a series of unresolved conflicts with myself, the representation of my love for the
sea.
I spent a big part of my life on the coast and witnessed how wonderful it is the further you go into the remote.
This is the reef in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo: One of the largest in Mexico and one of the most devastated by
tourism vessels. Today, sails away from what it once was. Now forever gone. A shock of reality strike.
My work shows how alive the sea is below its infinite superficial loneliness. Mixtures of water, lacquer, and acrylic, I
did not use a single brush.

mar.
Pasé gran parte de mi vida en la costa y fui testigo de lo maravilloso que es cuanto más te adentras en lo remoto.
Este es el arrecife de Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo: Uno de los más grandes de México y uno de los más devastados por
las embarcaciones turísticas. Hoy, navega lejos de lo que alguna vez fue. Ahora ha desaparecido para siempre. Un golpe de realidad.
Mi obra muestra lo vivo que está el mar bajo su infinita soledad superficial. Mezclas de agua, laca y acrílico, yo
no he utilizado ni un solo pincel.

Ich habe einen großen Teil meines Lebens an der Küste verbracht und erlebt, wie wunderbar es ist, je weiter man in die Ferne geht.
Dies ist das Riff in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo: Eines der größten in Mexiko und eines der am stärksten durch
Tourismusschiffe. Heute ist es nicht mehr das, was es einmal war. Jetzt für immer verschwunden. Ein Schock der Realität.
Meine Arbeiten zeigen, wie lebendig das Meer unter seiner unendlichen, oberflächlichen Einsamkeit ist. Mischungen aus Wasser, Lack und Acryl, ich habe
habe ich keinen einzigen Pinsel benutzt.
